Which modules
will be used in your customized program are
dependant upon the results of your practice
diagnostic and consultation.

These Four Modules address the key
challenges facing a growing professional
practice:
TIME MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY
Overly stressed individuals can gain
control of their time. In this module we put
fundamentals in place by creating/confirming
personal and professional missions and
establish a structure of support to realize
the goals. There is also a strong focus on
creating order and eliminating chaos in the
workday, with methods to reduce
interruptions and master the calendar. In
addition, there is a special emphasis on
delegating tasks for maximum leverage,
keeping track of multiple projects and
recovering lost billable hours.
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING
In this module, the emphasis is on
relationship marketing - building rapport
with potential clients in a way that is
easy, comfortable and ethical. The client
development process is divided up into
several vital steps: "Who to Talk To" "What
to Say" and "How and When to Say It."
"Who to Talk To" is the systematic
process of targeting the ideal client,
learning the difference between an "A" and a
"D" client and identifying and developing
the best referral sources for the "A"
clients.
"What to Say" refers to the art of
developing powerful strategic
conversations with potential clients and
referral sources in order to have the best
referral sources send more business and make
strategic introductions.
In "How and When to Say It," the focus is
on building the professional's hobbies,
passions and interest into a marketing plan
so that the process is actually fun - and
not a dreaded activity, resisted by so many.
STAFFING AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Most firms and organizations will not be
successful without a championship team. This
module teaches the professional and small
business person, who does not have the
luxury of a Human Resources department, the
skills necessary for attracting and hiring a
championship team; properly managing job
performance; conducting employee evaluations
and establishing employee incentive systems.
In addition, there are resources for
managing a termination, using temporary
agencies, resolving employee conflicts and
much more.
FINANCES AND CASH FLOW
Every organization must attend to its
financial health. This module focuses on the
skills necessary to ensure financial health
and is especially appropriate for those
professional and business people who either
fear their finances or haven't ever made the
time to organize and understand them. There
is an initial emphasis on understanding what
creates true profitability and a formula for
developing a "Zero Tolerance Collections
System" for those organizations that need
it. This is followed by a strong focus on
managing expenses and creating a financial
"dashboard" to guide the organization to
profitability.
